Cancellation & Refunds

1. Cancellation during launch phase

During the free launch phase, consultations can be cancelled at any time with no charge. We appreciate at least 2 hours notice so the doctor slot can be offered to other patients.

2. Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 2 hours is at the doctor's discretion.

3. Future refund policy (paid mode)

Once paid mode activates: cancellations made more than 24h in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24h receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Doctor cancellations

If a doctor cancels or does not show up, you will receive a full refund (when applicable) and priority rebooking with a comparable specialist.
